Shipping and Handling Charges
Standard Shipping: Shipping Rates will be displayed on the Shipping page. You will be allowed to choose your desired shipment method according to cost and speed of delivery. We will make every effort to ship based on your selection, but due to some circumstances, we reserve the right to ship via another carrier. We charge a non-refundable Handling Charge of $4.95 on all orders.
Although we make every effort to calculate our shipping costs accurately, occassionaly additional shipping or handling surcharges will apply. You will be notified of this charge by e-mail at which point you can indicate how you would like us to proceed with your order.
We usually ship using either USPS or UPS ground. We do our best to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Standard shipments typically take 5 – 10 days for delivery, including Saturdays. The delivery time is an estimate and can vary with seasonality, weather and other factors. If the item you order is no longer available or on backorder, we will notify you of the expected ship date or notify you of the option to replace with another item that is available.
International Shipments: Any duty fees and taxes are the sole responsiblity of the customer.
In all cases, if the charge authorization we received at the time of your order is not sufficient to cover the final shipping costs, we will require full payment by credit card prior to shipping.
Shipments will be left at your doorstep if you are not home. If you do not think that your package will be safe, please contact us to upgrade your shipping method, or have the package shipped to an address where someone will be able to receive it. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as “delivered” when tracked via the delivery confirmation number. Any undeliverable and returned packages will be re-shipped at the standard shipping rate.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return unused merchandise for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund. After 30 days and before 90 days, unused merchandise can be returned for an online credit. After 90 days, no returns will be accepted. All returned merchandise must be unworn and returned in original product packaging with all manufacturers’ tags attached. COD packages will not be accepted. The following exceptions apply:
· Bargain Basement products are only eligible for a store credit within 30 days. After 30 days, Bargain Basement items may not be returned.
· Special orders and customer orders are final sales, and may not be returned.
· Periodically, we may have a special sale or promotion that will only be eligible for 30 day, on-line credit. This exception will be clearly identified.
Any merchandise returned in used condition will not receive a refund. If the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging, and tags are not attached, you will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee.
Returned items shipped under a special shipping promotion will be refunded less the full standard shipping rate. Handling charges are not refundable. Exchanges within the Continental United States, including products that originally shipped for under a special shipping promotion, will be charged the standard shipping rate, but will not be charged a handling fee. Exchanges outside the Continental United States will be charged at standard or international shipping rates but will not be charged a handling fee.
If an item is being returned for replacement due to product defect, you will be reimbursed for return shipping back to us.
Customers are responsible for the proper packaging, tracking and insuring when returning merchandise.
You must notify us by e-mail that you are making a return. You will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA#).
